So I investigated builders that had been used locally & through discussions with the home owners settled on Heath Donnellan. Excellent decision. A thorough professional & very approachable. No question too big or too small for his attention. All his on-site boys & girls excellent. Office Staff also. A pleasure to do business with. “We engaged with Provoke Design after lockdowns highlighted how poorly our house worked for us. Our initial conversations worked through a variety of options for how to best use the space and to bring more light into our townhouse, and then Sarah took the reins, project managed a fantastic team of contractors, and completely revamped our circa 2000 dark townhouse into a modern, light filled abode. The great thing we found with working with Provoke Design is that Sarah listened to our pain points, worked with us on to deliver our "must-haves", and then brought fresh ideas to design problems. Ultimately I was surprised by how little stress my family took on whilst having a kitchen, 2 x bathrooms, and living dinning room completely renovated. I think this came from the confidence that Sarah instilled. She has been an invaluable asset to every stage of our build and her knowledge and expertise in the industry has made every decision easy. We found Anne-Marie to be very patient and conscious of the style we were after, but encouraged us to step outside our comfort zone on a number of occasions which we felt at ease doing given our trust in her expertise. She ensured to source the perfect finishes for our home through her numerous contacts that we would otherwise have never come across. She was always available to assist and trouble-shoot when we needed, particularly with time sensitive decisions; providing us with advice, updated drawings & resources on the go. I can confidently say we would not have ended up with the spectacular end result we have today if it weren’t for Anne-Marie - it has exceeded our every expectation, and we can’t thank her enough!”
