“Tony is a gem of a tradesman. Me and my wife are highly impressed due to his skills, professionalism and being customer focussed. We have worked with many trades recently with different types of jobs and this has to be the best experience. He fixed our kitchen polyurethane bulkhead with the matching colour and to our best satisfaction. Before he fixed, it looked ugly due to misaligned installation and mismatching colour by the previous joinery company. 4 attempts by 2 different joinery companies failed before this - first company installed it twice and 3rd time gave up due to not able to match colour. The 2nd company gave up after 2 months due to not able to find matching colour by scanning. Tony not only fixed the bulkhead but also provided the matching colour paint in case we have to touch-ups in future if required. He also did some touch-ups in other areas even when it wasn’t in his scope of work, he explained us how to do that ourselves in future. He also fixed the dishwasher polyurethane panel which wasn’t aligned properly and didn’t charge us any extra for it. He is so willing to help his customers and not just “do his job” and leave. We are undoubtedly going to hire him for our future joinery work and already requested him to provide quote for another small Polytec work in the kitchen.”
