“Kathy has been absolutely great to work with, and I can honestly say our house design and style are much better because of her input and ideas. We probably had a slightly unconventional request — we mainly wanted someone to help us visually realise what our recently purchased house could become. Kathy initially came out to inspect the house, take measurements, and really understand the space. From there, she created visuals for each room and provided ideas for brands, joinery, colour schemes, and finishes. She then answered our endless questions and provided direction as we painted, procured items and settled into the space. One of the things she did especially well was navigate the different design preferences between my spouse and me. She was able to find a balance and create solutions that we both genuinely loved, which made the whole process feel collaborative and enjoyable rather than stressful. We would never have found — or even imagined — some of the items and concepts she suggested, but we were excited by the possibilities from the beginning. In the end, everything came together perfectly, and we’re so happy with the result.”

“I highly recommend Lisa Santamaria for all of your interior design needs. We worked with Lisa to design the interior of our three story property. Lisa helped us transform so many different concepts and ideas into a truly amazing design. I liked so many different things and struggled to choose what would work best. I would often see other people’s images pop and wonder what about this or that. Lisa would patiently work through these with me and was always available to troubleshoot my thoughts along the way. Lisa was always able to provide the right amount of reassurance and gave me so much confidence to make decisions that could have otherwise been very costly mistakes. Lisa also helped us choosing products, shopping with us at various suppliers and walking through showrooms to help us choose our finishes and selections. Lisa provided us with all the required cad drawings to work with kitchen suppliers and all of the final designs and finishing schedules. I even struggled to know what the inside of the wardrobes should look like but Lisa helped us design everything to such great detail whilst meeting all of our families needs. Lisa has expertly made our hearts desire work with the style of the property. People would walk in half way through the build and go wow so imagine what they say at the end. Lisa’s design has added a significant amount of value to our property and she has saved us money through careful selections that do not compromise on quality and finish. I highly recommend Lisa as a high end interior design and as she is amazing to work with.”
