“Our builder sent us to see Michele at The Granite Group in Groton. We took her advise and made an appointment to see Michele. Best thing we could have done! Michele listened carefully to what we were doing (turning a little summer cottage into a simple, forever home). She selected a few fixtures, brought them together and saw what we liked. Then she explained the price ranges (high to low) and what we were getting for each. What wasn't in the store showroom, Michele looked up in her catalogs for us to see and consider. She was respectful of our thoughts and concerns, and she never pressured us into buying one fixture over another. We went back two more times for additional things we needed to change because of a modification in layout. She handled everything professionally, and was sincerely eager to see the results of our collaboration. If you are a novice in bathroom and kitchen faucets and fixtures , as we were, we encourage you to work with Michele. She will not only guide but teach you, and she will never pressure you into buying anything you are not convinced is a good solution for your needs.”

“Rick designed, constructed and installed the kitchen cabinets and island in my kitchen. The kitchen cabinets are classic beaded inset doors made of poplar, hand painted in white. The island has a walnut top that Rick constructed and finished. The craftsmanship is exemplary, the attention to detail exquisite and working with Rick is just plain fun. Rick is incredibly knowledgeable about wood, joinery and finishes. Has an eye for proper scale and is incredibly adept at finding solutions to challenging design requirements. Rick pours his heart and soul into his work and the product you get reflects that. I could not be happier with my kitchen. Rick helped me build the kitchen of my dreams and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking custom woodwork.”
