“Our builder sent us to see Michele at The Granite Group in Groton. We took her advise and made an appointment to see Michele. Best thing we could have done! Michele listened carefully to what we were doing (turning a little summer cottage into a simple, forever home). She selected a few fixtures, brought them together and saw what we liked. Then she explained the price ranges (high to low) and what we were getting for each. What wasn't in the store showroom, Michele looked up in her catalogs for us to see and consider. She was respectful of our thoughts and concerns, and she never pressured us into buying one fixture over another. We went back two more times for additional things we needed to change because of a modification in layout. She handled everything professionally, and was sincerely eager to see the results of our collaboration. If you are a novice in bathroom and kitchen faucets and fixtures , as we were, we encourage you to work with Michele. She will not only guide but teach you, and she will never pressure you into buying anything you are not convinced is a good solution for your needs.”

“John and his crew have done several projects for me at my home and have been nothing short of professional and courteous...not to mention the workmanship is outstanding. Working with contractors can be an intimidating process but John makes the process smooth and comfortable. He was there when he said he would be there, finished when he said he would finish, and there were no "surprise" costs involved. When his crew left, they even swept the floor!! John is a man of his word, which is hard to find these days. We highly recommend him and his company.”

“Remodel of kitchen. Removed and disposed of existing cabinetry and countertops, as well as unwanted appliances. Installation of custom cabinetry, granite counterops. Installation of sink and faucet, plumb dishwasher. Install appliances. Removal of debris and clean up. Prompt service beginning with first consultation. Bruce and his wife, Laura, had great design suggestions and incorporated all my ideas as well. Deadline and budget were met. I have brought them back to give me estimates on renovating two bathrooms.”
