Seaside Building specialises in bathroom installations, renovations, insurance claims and repairs, and NDIS home modifications. Seaside Building has partnerships with multiple companies to offer a high-quality service. Seaside Building currently only services the Mornington Peninsula.

Seaside Building is a local family business and that makes all the difference. Their experience is invaluable & processes are seamless. Luke did an after-hours walk through of my bathroom, ensuite and laundry, and his open communication & knowledge was obvious. As we were renovating to sell, Luke had no trouble pointing us in the right direction for what would be desirable on the market. The quote was broken down into simple sections that so we could save money by doing or supplying things ourselves if we preferred. Luke swiftly re-quoted multiple times to get my preferences within budget and was a constant source of useful advice. The comprehensive Builders Insurance was in my name which is vital in these uncertain times & the invoicing came through as each section was completed so I could effortlessly track my spending. Every week I knew when and who would be onsite. The contractors were all tidy, respectful & happy to advise options. Luke’s eye for detail was better than even my own and he is a perfectionist. Any small flaw is speedily rectified & nothing is ever a problem. When lockdowns halted works, Luke stayed in regular contact and adhered to all regulations. Knowing that all Seaside staff are fully vaccinated was reassuring, and the trades happily wore their masks while working. I have renovated properties before and have never had such a no-stress experience. Seaside Building feels like part of the family now!

Seaside building completed a bathroom renovation for us. They were so helpful from the planning stage through to projects end. I couldn't recommend them more. A wonderful team to work with who adhere to a very high standard of work.

I can't recommend Seaside building highly enough! They recently completed a renovation of our bathroom and laundry space, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and attentive to our needs. They guided us through the design process, offering creative solutions and quality materials that perfectly fit our vision. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. Communication was seamless, and they kept us updated throughout the project, which made everything stress-free.
