It is nearly a year ago that we renovated our ensuite bathroom with Renette and the team at By Urban. They were fabulous and we love using our bathroom every single day - it is gorgeous!

Our ensuite is not small and when we decided to renovate, we knew we had to go to someone that was professional, gave great advice, had a vision and style. We got three quote and tried to compare apples with apples. We discovered one of our quotes was clearly lacking in various inclusions, as Urban provided us with every tiny details so there were no surprises at the end. The design was amazing, the price reasonable and the team on a whole were all fantastic. We had no worries in leaving our house open with the crew whilst we were out and all communication was provided daily. I are looking forward to our main bathroom being designed with Urban. Highly recommended if you are after quality workmanship with a high level of the "wow" factor

Hi David and Tamara, thought I would drop you a line to let you know Mark and I are thrilled with our new bathroom. The layout works really well and the large shower area is fantastic. I wouldn't change a thing. The choice of tiles and accessories - perfect , the finished product just what I wanted. I should also add the process was the smoothest building experience we have had in this house due mainly to good communication and your excellent trades people, keep up the good work! . P.S. our friends / family are impressed also and someone already has recommended you to their friends. Cheers Kerryn and Mark.
