They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable throughout all aspects of the planning and execution of the agreed scope of work. The very best was left for the actual installation, where "the rubber meets the road". Our installer, Jordan, was as highly skilled, professional, neat and courteous as installers come. He thoughtfully pointed out extra items that needed to be addressed and then executed his work to the very highest standards as if our home were his own. We could not have hoped for a better individual to work with. The end result is beautiful and flawless. Mike and Mary's team were extremely skilled, organized, prompt friendly and clean. They always kept me completely in the loop with what was happening each day. We had 2 projects. An en-suite bathroom project last fall and a complete main floor renovation in the spring. The whole process was made easy for us, right from our layout decisions down to our color schemes. There were absolutely no surprises in pricing. Everything was detailed. Our family is 100% happy with the results. Kevin and his team were top notch amazing people. If we ever decided to make any changes downstairs they would absolutely be our first and only call. They made what we thought would be a stressful process very enjoyable.

Our basement was flooded with the largest amount of rainfall to hit Windsor Essex in history. We were devastated. After the insurance company cleaned and dried out our basement, we called Family Home Improvements to make the repairs. FHI had already completed two projects for us in the past on our previous home. With how busy our family was, we needed a company to oversee the entire process from start to finish to make this renovation project worry and as stress free as possible. Our project was completed on time and on budget with Mike as Mary overseeing the entire process. If we had any questions or concerns, they were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. The work was high quality and now our basement has been restored to its previous state. If we ever have another renovation project in the future, FMI would definitely be our first call. We recently had Family Home Improvements renovate our living and dining rooms with installation of new hardwood floors and baseboards. They also reconstructed one full wall in our living room with built-in cabinets and overhead bulkheads surrounding an enclosed gas fireplace with quartz surround and a recessed niche for a TV overhead. Painting services were also included. This was one of several other prior renovations done for us by Family Home Improvements. As with those, their services were professionally and timely performed with a superior final product.

We redid our entire Kitchen . The team at Family Home were very patient as we chose our kitchen counters and cabinets which was appreciated. When they did the demolition and construction they were clean , and didn't waste any time. They did a great job and we are very satisfied.
