I fitted out the whole apartment with their products - all are beautiful. I received authentic/considered advice when it was required, and they managed through a couple of hurdles with professionalism.

We would not recommend using Mark and Bathroom Tech. We made an order with him and he made different excuses as to why it hadn't been delivered after making several promises at different dates that it would arrive. - broken phones, his computer system was down, accidentally sending it to Perth instead of Sydney. His customer service was terrible as he never picked up the phone and was overall very unreliable. After three weeks the order arrived but with missing parts. We realized that he doesn't know the product well after talking to his supplier directly, as Mark told us some parts were included with the bath we ordered to which the supplier said they weren't. Overall we were not pleased with our experience of Bathroom Tech and would avoid ordering from them if given the alternative.

I do sincerely apologise for the lengthy delay of your order though all the correspondence between us were facts not excuses.
Our system did have a virus which took some time to remove by our I.T personnel, on that matter we had no control.
Yes, your order was accidently loaded onto the incorrect truck though this was not Bathroom Techs fault and logistic companies do sometimes make mistakes, we are human after all.
Regarding the communication between us through out the whole process was that I communicated with you at all times.
The text messages I received through out the process I responded to as quickly as possible. Not all calls can be answered emmidietly as I am either serving another customer or I am in a meeting.
Due to the missing waste pipe most acrylic free standing baths do include this part though I was misinformed so I do apologise for this error.
