Thomas, Ben, Joel and the Team were simply outstanding in every respect, attention to detail, quality, commitment and they completed the project almost ten days ahead of schedule. They also returned after completion to defect and gauge our own personal level of satisfaction, there were no defects and I have organized many home renovation projects but never one with such outstanding service like this one. We have just completed refurbishment of our 30 year old Qld. apartment at Main Beach - a project that we anticipated would have its moments as we are based in Melbourne. We were fortunate to have BJF Joinery recommended to us by the builder. Right from the start, there was a willingness by BJF to listen to our requests and ideas and then transform these into three dimensional working drawings for approval. These images made our decisions easy and enjoyable. All items were manufactured in Qld. and installed on time at the quoted prices. Our point of contact, Mr. Thomas Bernard, was exceptional - especially with his creative talents, advice and recommendations. Communications between all staff members was impressive and nothing was too much trouble. Regular contact was maintained throughout the whole project. We used BJF Joinery to undertake a major kitchen and loungeroon renovation.The entire kitchen was removed and designed from scratch.From the first time we walked into the factory at labrador we were impressed.Nothing was a problem for the boys ,we took in measurements for the kitchen and within 15 minutes after a brief discussion our kitchen was designed.Not only the design was perfect,the suggestions they made were perfect.A design for our loungeroom including a false wall to fit our 70 inch tv was perfect.Puctual,quality workmanship and awsome workers is how i would describe Jamie,Joel,Benny and all the boys at BJF,and their plumber and electrician need a mention as well,if i could give more than 5 stars i would.Extremely highly recommend BJF Joinery

I used BJF joinery to install a new kitchen at my place at Mermaid Beach after having this company recommended to me by a friend who said they had a reputation on the Gold Coast for doing a superior job. My job included complete removal of the old kitchen, new custom-made cabinets, metaline, stone benches, plumbing, electrical work, and additional plastering work. They didn't disappoint as they: -significantly improved my original plan; -organized and executed everything in a timely and detailed fashion; worked on a trust basis (they had the key to the residence, I wasn't there most of the time); -kept me fully informed at all stages; and -acted with courtesy and professionalism at all times.
