“Over 20 years ago Key Piece transformed my 100 year old apartment- the kitchen, bathroom, study and living room - I was delighted with the quality of Joanne's advice and design. In addition the expertise and quality of the work of the company Interstyle Kitchens she used to execute the plans were second to none. The design said "I am new but I fit perfectly in this very old apartment". Over twenty years later and moving into a brand new entirely white apartment I thought of no company other than Key Piece. Joanne (and this time with Emma) created the ideas and design - and the plans and these were executed by Interstyle Kitchens - my cookie cutout apartment has been transformed room by room (6 of them) with the most fabulous, beautiful creations of cupboards, bookcases, bedroom furniture, study and cosmetic additions of oak doors in the kitchen and pull out drawers etc etc. My home is the envy of my apartment block. Joanne and Emma also suggested wallpaper, soft furnishings, lamps etc adding those special touches. In addition everything from beginning to end was undertaken to a timetable which was spot on - no delays. I have no hesitation in recommending Key Piece - no job is too large or too small, too old or too new not to be transformed by the Key Piece team. j”

“From my initial approach to Smarter, I was impressed. Nadia responded to my queries in a polite, informative manner and soon after I was introduced to the lovely Ellen who soon got the ball rolling in regard to my bathroom renovation. If patience is a virtue, then Ellen has it in spades. A previous costly renovation a few years earlier, had resulted in me having a badly leaking shower recess and suffering much angst, so I was reluctant to commit to another project without adequate assurance that the faulty construction would not be repeated. This Ellen provided along with her excellent knowledge and experience in the design filed. Then along came the calm efficiency of the delightful Vrushali. Between them, Ellen and Vrushali got me over the line. Next came Mirnes. What can I say! What an amazing Project Manager. From the outset, Mirnes inspired confidence and showed an incredible ability to check each stage of the construction, ensuring that work was being completed to the highest standard. His standards are high and for that I am extremely appreciative. If Mirnes says something will be done, then you can rest assured that it will be done. Along the way, I had to regularly touch base with Ellen and Vrushali with a stream of queries and question and they always got back to me promptly and never once did they make me feel that I was being a nuisance. although I am sure at times I was! As I mentioned previously, the tradesmen seemed to be genuinely friendly and keen to provide an excellent quality of work. They were considerate of working around household dynamics. To summarise, my reason for rating Smarter so highly is that I feel fortunate to have had such a great team working on my behalf to ensure a satisfactory outcome of my bathroom renovation. Excellent communication at all times, excellent friendly personable approachable tradesman, excellent time management and excellent standard of care and responsibility. What more can I say.
