“We found Jim to have an excellent approach to our project. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make critical design decisions that ended in a much better outcome than what we had originally planned. There were no surprises, the process was simple and stress free and he over delivered on his commitments. We got a number of quotes at the time and although Jim wasn't the cheapest he certainly wasn't the dearest but he gave us the level of comfort that we needed to get the job done right within our time frame. “i can only recommend this firm very highly in every respct. The experienced computer designer was absolutely cooperative when discussing the project. Being hard to please and always seeking new ideas it took the operator several hours before I was fully satisfied to see the plan on the sceen however having somme second thoughts over night I went back the next morninhg as I wanted to modified a few things. The operator was very patient and we went trough everything for another two hours then being satisfied i waited for the general planning of the demolition of the old kitchen and the various stages of the building of the new one. Everything was well planned at every step. The subcontracters were all top tradesmen. The final supervision was very thorough and of high standard. I can recommend this firm in every respect. The designer was a pleasure to work with and at all stages the same friendly, pleasant and efficient relationship made the inconvenience of not having a kitchen for a bit over two weeks well worth it.”

“I have my dream kitchen. After tendering with 3 companies, we chose Wonderful Kitchens who offered the best design help and value for money. From start to finish every single person in their various teams were a delight to have in our home, and carried out superb workmanship. Nothing was too much trouble.. ( it transpired that our counter tops needed to be craned up three floors and in through the balcony). The entire job started on time and finished on time. Wonderful Kitchens were responsive, capable and efficient at every turn. During installation, it was found some minor changes would be helpful, and these were accommodated without question. I recommend this company most highly. My new kitchen is gorgeous!”

“I worked closely with Chris from Complete Kitchens when I was carrying out an extensive two storey extension of my Californian bungalow. I used Complete Kitchens for the kitchen, butler's pantry, outdoor bbq kitchen, laundry and vanities in three bathrooms. I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted and Chris was supportive of the ideas I had and my colour choices. Sometimes it's hard to know what a colour will look like with small colour samples but Chris was confident it would look good. In the kitchen, I had an idea for a pull-out draw that would hold tall condiment bottles, a separate section for the chopping board as well as a hidden spice drawer. Chris helped design this and made it happen. He was willing to create bespoke pieces and listen to my needs. Many companies refused to manufacture or provide a warranty for an outdoor bbq kitchen but Chris made this happen and it looks fantastic. The job was done on time and any changes incurring additional costs had to be signed off before proceeding. I would have no hesitation in recommending Complete Kitchens for kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.”

“Our kitchen was starting to fall apart and needed make over. We want a retro look as our home was built in the 1950's, but modern materials that emulated the look and feel of the period. We wanted a bigger kitchen and decide to do extensive rebuild involving removing of walls, electrical and plumbing relocation. We also wanted someone who would do the whole project. When we started looking for a firm most could only do the kitchen and not the building works. But what swayed us to go with Nouvelle was they actually provided a preliminary design for us at the quotation stage. Others vendors would come and just talk or tell us how they would do it and ignore our ideas. The job is close to being complete and the kitchen is a joy and exactly how I pictured it would look. We also relocated the laundry to internal closet and combined a toilet and bathroom into a single room which Nouvelle did to. The design through to execution has been wonderful. It took close to 6 weeks. We moved out of home for 5 weeks. The Friday we were due to move back Nouvelle made sure that it was liveable water, electric, stove all worked. Only surprise we had was the bathroom floor need replacing and was quickly fixed by Nouvelle with only a small adjustment and reason it took longer then was expected. But old homes tend to have surprises. The staff were excellent both in the office and at the house. I would be happy to recommended Nouvelle to others, as our renovation went very smoothly and the results are something we can happily live with for many years to come. More pics on my ideas book.”
