“Working with Louis and his team from LB General Construction on my apartment renovation was an extremely pleasant process which is quite an unusual statement to make about a contractor. They completely remodeled a NYC apartment including new floors, taking down and replacing doors and walls, entirely new bathroom and kitchen, new electric throughout with panel, new heating and AC and all permits. The quality of the work is excellent and throughout the entire process communication was easy and very timely. All of the workers on the job were polite, nice and extremely tidy. Best of all his prices were reasonable, the job was finished on time and within the original budget agreed at the outset of the project. Finally there were no surprises whatsoever throughout the entire project. At the end of the job, I consider Louis not only a trusted partner on my renovation but almost a member of the family. Beth”

“Artline completed a full renovation of my apartment: 2 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, painting and fireplace remodelling plus much more. Abe and his crew were fantastic to deal with and kept me well informed throughout the process. They were extremely professional at all times and worked tirelessly to help me create my dream home within the budget I had. Even more impressive is that Artline managed to complete the entire job without one complaint from my coop. In fact several neighbors mentioned how considerate and tidy they were. “I thougth My Home was fantastic in every way. It totally exceeded my expectations. They called me back immedately if I had any concerns. “I cannot recommend this great family business enough! I hired them last year for a full kitchen renovation, and they were able to complete the project with no major issues. “I have used them three separate times - twice for kitchen renovations (at different apartments) and once for a living room and bedroom floor replacement. That was over the course of more than 10 years, so I am clearly very happy with their service. I'm planning to hire them again for a bathroom renovation within the next year. I find them very responsive and easy to work with. Keith, the owner, was very involved in my projects and goes out of his way to ensure that everything is up to his high standards. The subcontractors were professional and trustworthy. They showed up each day, although a few times they were late. In my view, if that is the worst experience in a renovation, you've done well. None of my projects ever exceeded budget due to any omissions on Knockout's part. and deadlines within Knockout's control were always met. I hope that helps.”

“Skydell Contracting did an amazing job. Although this was a Master Bath renovation, the project could be viewed as new construction. What a fabulous project this bathroom came to be. The project managers and the staff at Skydell were always professional. When issues did arise, the owner Richard Skydell was immediately there to ascertain the problem and was quick to offer options. We had some of our own ideas that were always welcomed. We would certainly recommend these folks who can handle everything for your home. The bathroom involved total demolition of the existing bath, new insulation and walls. New plumbing, water closet, installation of carrera stone work, electrical and all woodwork. We are very happy with the outcome.”
