“Brian's crew is top notch. Love my remodeled master bath room! They suggested using stacked stone around the fireplace and a barn door, where there had been no privacy in the bath previously. This absolutely makes the master bedroom/bath an oasis! They were very attentive to my suggestions and choices. They are extremely neat and I didn't even know they had been in the house at the end of the day, they cleaned up very thoroughly at the end of each day.”

“We were lucky enough to have Tyler come to our home to help us design our new kitchen. He always arrived on time and was very professional and curteous. Of the professionals we talked with, he was the only one who truly listened to what I was saying I wanted and liked , instead of telling me what I should want and like. I cook and entertain A LOT and Tyler really took that into consideration when making the plans for our space. He had the "anything is possible" attitude, but at the same time really kept our budget in mind, and made amazing plans, so, we went with him. We couldn't have been happier!! We have had terrible experiences in the past with remodeling projects, so we were a bit worried, but Tyler put all of those worries to rest! His plans were AMAZING! The color scheme I had wanted and LOVED, all soffits removed, plumbing and electrical re-routed, existing lighting removed, new lighting installed (the perfect amount!, I was worried it wouldn't be enough, but he was right!), all appliances moved into much more practical places (and places I would have never thought of), beautiful cabinets (actually gained cabinet space with his design!) with incredible hardware and under cabinet lighting, quartz countertops that completely fit my "wants" that I didn't even know existed (I love quartz but the look of marble, so he found me quartz that looks just like marble,!), an enormous island that is the perfect size (but again I would have never thought I could go that big, but he knew what he was doing!) and an absolutely gorgeous limestone backsplash!! He hit the nail on the head over and over! There wasn't one thing that we wanted to change with his plans! I was shocked! It was even more amazing than we ever thought our outdated and dark kitchen could look! Not only do we absolutely LOVE our new kitchen, he kept us totally in budget and got this big project completed in a VERY timely manner (which was WEEKS faster than the other bids had quoted!). We LOVED working with Tyler and would do it again in a heartbeat!!”

“Loved having these guys’ help on my project. They installed LVP on my staircase (despite not recommending it), and did a wonderful job. It’s been a year since it was completed, and the stairs are still looking great. They did have to do one fix a few days after the initial installation, but they came out and did it with no questions asked. They also installed all my baseboards for me, and they look did a great job with that as well. Highly recommend!”

“Vaughn Construction LLC remolded our kitchen. I have always wanted a gray, white and black kitchen. Vaughn installed the kitchen cabinets, did the overhead lighting, under the cabinet lighting and installed the dishwasher and wood flooring. The job was done on time and the results were just amazing. It was everything I could ever want in a dream kitchen. Lou Vaughn does an amazing job. “This was a complete up-scale bath remodel with added closets in both the Master Bath and Master Bedroom. We worked primarily with the business owner, Richard White, the designer Cindy White, and project manager Dave Trykoski. This was an excellent experience with this team that took us from design through completion of the project. These people are extremely professional and competent. I have already signed a contract for a second project in my home and will continue to use Centerville Building and Design in the future. Our remodel is beautiful, and in the end everything and more than we originally envisioned. I attribute all this to this company because at the outset of the project I had little idea with what could be done, only that what we had was outdated and not fully functional. Now it is, and it is really, really nice adding a lot of value to our home, but we do not plan going anywhere. This was for us.”
