Collaroy Kitchen Centre

We were very happy with Collaroy Kitchen Centre, particularly with Gemma (their designer) and Scott (their installer). Both were amazing, so professional and went to the enth degree to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our new kitchen, and we were.

I have worked with John & Helle from Collaroy Kitchen Centre since 2007 - they have designed and installed 3 kitchens, a library bookcase, 2 laundries, a walk in robe and outdoor kitchen since that time (the most recent being in 2023). The reason I keep choosing them - service and quality is exceptional, the ease (almost comfort) in dealing with them. Everything is very clear - design, delivery and installation timelines - upfront and they have always met them. The solutions they have designed for me have always had my needs & style at the forefront with their expertise guiding me to the best possible outcome. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We first engaged CKC in 2012 for a kitchen renovation. After 10 years of daily use the kitchen is still as beautiful and functional as when it was installed, thanks to the creative design, quality of materials, and craftsmanship by CKC. We were so please with the outstanding service and pleasant interactions with CKC that we decided to engage John and Helle again for another renovation project, this time involving a bathroom renovation and installation of wardrobe and cabinets. Knowing that CKC would deliver a top quality product at a fair and competitive price, be efficient and helpful in the design phase and deliver the project on time, we did not bother to get another quote. The outcome of this renovation project was as expected: another beautiful and functional addition to our home, installed exactly as per schedule, and delivered with exceptional customer service. We could not be happier with the whole experience and the craftsmanship of furniture and installation. 5 well deserved stars to John and Helle, and to Scott for the installation!

We engaged CKC redo our ensuite and laundry. It was a really good experience and end results are amazing. CKC came up with a design that met all our requirements. They were really professional, organised and engaged in every step of the way from the design, selection of tiles & tapware and the build. Highly recommended.

From the Offset the engagement with Collaroy Kitchen Centre was extremely positive, we provided them with some basic ideas and then the design team worked with us to evolve these into an actual kitchen plan. They were creative, and it was obvious they had customer outcome front of mind. During these early stages we were introduced to different members of the team, each having responsibility for the trades that make everything come together. We were able to spend time visualising what could be, by leveraging technology and making any desired changes as the plans progressed. We were concerned about timing as we led into the Festive season, however the project management effort was flawless and as quick as a challenge was identified, a solution was scheduled. The quality of the work, the professionalism, the actual materials used were all first class. Overall what could have been a stressful experience was actually a very positive customer experience. Even down to the team checking in at every stage, and going that extra step to ensure all is good. I'd highly recommend Collaroy Kitchen Centre should you like to work with true professionals that care.
