The consulting, design, delivery, installation (including stone installation), follow-up, communications, attention to detail and quality assurance has been outstanding throughout. About 20 years ago De Gabriele installed a French Provincial kitchen for us with beautiful handpainted timber cabinetry and some innovative ideas such as German drawer dividers, concealed pullout table and appliance cupboard. All these years later visitors still comment what an amazing kitchen we have. We recently hired de Gabriele to hand paint our kitchen again. My experience with Degabriele Kitchens was excellent. Having done several kitchen renovations previously using various other companies, I was seeking a better experience this time around and am so glad to have found Degabriele Kitchens. Carmen’s experience in kitchen design was invaluable through the design process, which is thorough. The quality of their product is superior with 25mm thick doors/shelves and marine grade ply in wet areas being the standard. Despite this, their quote was highly competitive and surprised me by coming in within my allocated budget with absolutely no hidden costs or variations down the line. The communication, adherence to schedule and professionalism of the production team was exemplary. Quality of workmanship and attention to detail is superb and the installers plus Ron in quality assurance were all so reliable, helpful and courteous. I genuinely recommend them and would not use anyone else henceforth…and I say that from experience!

This is the second Kitchen that Degabriele have done for us, and I thought that perfection couldn’t have been beaten, however they have done it again. To say I am happy is an understatement, every little detail was micromanaged by the staff, the design, quality and precision was just outstanding. Their communication and commitment to quality is second to none. We looked at several companies before we entrusted deGabriele with our kitchen renovation in February 2020. At every stage the team was professional, courteous and tidy. We loved the design, which had some great extras such as hidden kick drawers which now house pot lids and other less used flat items, removable and easy-clean cuttlery compartments and a killer make-over of our pantry. The work teams were on time and very tidy, leaving everything as clean as possible. The quality of the materials is fantastic. Everything feels solid and any problems we had were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. We love our new kitchen - and it's had a great workout during the last couple of months of social distancing measures in place. I wouldn't change a thing.

I searched Sydney looking for a kitchen that was going to be everything I dreamed of. That’s when I found Degabriele kitchens. Degabriele did an excellent job in a complete kitchen redesign / relocation project. The professionalism of the whole team was of a very high standard throughout - although the project management at one stage was a little wanting. In the end the product is very high quality and looks great. We love the new kitchen layout - it was a godsend over the Christmas period when we did a lot of entertaining. We found that their attention to detail was excellent and they would spot small things to fix that we had not even noticed! So we are very happy customers and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Degabriele renovated our Kitchen/Laundry and two Bathrooms under two concurrent contracts over a period of more than 12 months from initial signing. Our project was not a straight-forward strip-out and install: we had structural modifications involving moving two walls and providing additional structural support for the main bathroom above the kitchen. The house is not large and the design had to be quite creative to provide the generous counter areas and storage which have been achieved in the kitchen and a good feeling of space and utility in compact bathroom areas. While the design was very good with a good result in the end, the client experience initially fell a LONG way below previous experience, due to some serious project management shortcomings. We initially posted a very negative (but factual) review. HOWEVER, deGabriele have since removed the original project manager and appointed a new proactive project manager, who has revisited clients impacted by the original project manager and proactively made good on problem projects. In our case we have had several modifications and enhancements completed with no further charge as compensation for the original issues. These have been completed efficiently – in the manner we had looked for originally. deGabriele have been in business for a long-time - we were upgrading a 20-year old deGabriele kitchen and could have just refreshed the appliances, but were looking for, and achieved, a step improvement – to last at least another 20. We think their recent actions show they are serious about standing behind their product and maintaining their reputation as a quality company and would have received five stars had the earlier project management been of the recent standard.

Great experience from start to finish. Superb quality finish, professional service. I would it exceeded my expectations especially when the caesarstone benchtop was measured and installed within 3 days!

I love my Degabriele kitchen, everything is at my fingertips. The butler's pantry is fantastic. I've never had so much room and I've never felt so organised. The builder and the kitchen installers worked well together to make this a great outcome. Everyone who comes to my place comments on the fantastic kitchen and I am quick to recommend Degabriele.
