After extensive research into potential designers to help us create the kitchen of our dreams, as well as a laundry, we decided to go with Kitchens By Design (KBD) in Byron Avenue, Takapuna. We are so pleased we did as we now have a kitchen that is beyond our wildest dreams, from both an aesthetic and functional perspective. We absolutely love it!We also have a fantastic laundry that cleverly maximises the limited space. We thoroughly recommend KBD and in particular would like to acknowledge designer Marianne Gailer, who did superb work done on our behalf, KBD Owner Richard Cripps - including for the stunning cabinetry - and Vernon for the meticulous installation We also recommend Paul Thomas and his fantastic team at Architectural Stone, who sourced for us and installed with precision the beautiful natural stone for our kitchen island and splashback, while Paul Troake Construction’s team of builders also did great work for us. We engaged Marianne from Eurodesign to design our 2 bathrooms, powder room, laundry and cabinetry works for all rooms (see pictures - Bondi Bathrooms). She was extremely professional and on time with all her commitments, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had some specific requirements with regards to what we wanted to deliver in each room and Marianne met and exceeded our expectations. Her extensive design knowledge and practical ability with regards to storage and use of space was key to making our project successful. Eurodesign was recommended to me by a relative as a high quality professional designer. Marianne the principal was quick to respond once I made contact. The initial visit was at my house where I found her very receptive and in tune to what I wanted for the kitchen/bathroom design. She even had product samples and colour charts available. Once the initial design was produced in 2D & 3D some minor changes at my request over the phone were able to be made with no fuss. Another visit was then made to the house to drop off the complete set of drawings. When I am ready she will accompany me to pick out various products at the appropriate outlets. I have found the whole process very quick and painless with a high degree of certainty that I will be getting what I want. Of interest also is that Eurodesign use their own cabinetmaker for the fit out which should ensure quality as well as reducing cost. Eurodesign offer a personalised, high quality and professional design service that based on my own experience I can highly recommend.

Eurodesign is a professional, efficient and modern company. Eurodesign designed our kitchen, en-suite, 4 additional bathrooms, laundry, wardrobes and additional carpentry items. All to a high, impeccable standard with an eye for the finer details. We love it and highly recommend this designer and company.

I own a cabinetry business and have worked with Marianne on a number of projects - most recently on a new kitchen/scullery which she had designed for a client in Devonport. Marianne is both imaginative/creative and practical - a rare combination! She is also professional and well organized. We had the joy of engaging Marianne with the renovations of our property several times. Firstly she did a marvellous job in finding us the most beautiful of curtains and drapes. Then she took the stress out of our kitchen renovation, with the design and project management. The results are marvellous and we still love our kitchen very much. When we needed our main bathroom and en-suite renovated we immediately hired Marianne to do this. This required plans to be drawn up as walls needed moving, the end result is an extremely functional and highly aesthetically pleasing result. We would not hesitate to engage Marianne's services again, and can highly recommend her.
