We had an exceptional experience with Infinity Kitchens & Joinery. This is our third kitchen renovation (the first two with other companies) and probably our most enjoyable reno experience. From start to finish, the service we received was fantastic. Even with a couple of unexpected occurrences along the way, the team handled everything efficiently, ensuring that the project stayed on track and did not impact the timeline. Infinity Kitchens & Joinery delivered the project on time and within budget, showcasing their professionalism and commitment. The tradesmen on the job were outstanding, and the quality of the result speaks volumes. We had a new kitchen installed, joinery in other rooms, and a new bathroom cabinet. The final result is beautiful, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. I wholeheartedly recommend Infinity Kitchens & Joinery to everyone.

Infinity Kitchens were engaged to renovate our kitchen to provide us with more living space, more storage, and a contemporary kitchen that would be the focal point of our home. Our new kitchen checked everyone of those boxes and more, far exceeding our expectations - we are ecstatic with the results. Throughout the project they were highly responsive to our needs and the project was delivered on schedule and on budget. The communications, project management, craftsmanship and quality of work was exceptional; we would not hesitate to engage Infinity Kitchens again.

We're ecstatic with our new kitchen and open living area thanks to Infinity Kitchens! Joel from the get-go was enthusiastic and when sketching the plans- he paid attention to all our requests drew exactly what we wanted. By knocking down the dividing wall between our kitchen and living area and closing up an external door, we now have a perfect walk-in pantry, plenty of bench and storage space (so much we still have some empty cupboards and drawers!) Joel and Jacelle and the extended team of trades were faced with a number of challenges and unplanned changes to the timeline, but the end result makes it all worth it. Would absolutely recommend these guys!!

Infinity Kitchens completed a renovation of our laundry. The experience was poor overall as they didn’t really seem to care about the project. Mistakes were made causing delays, they didn’t remove all rubbish, they were slow to respond because they were regularly on leave and Joel didn’t even bother to turn up to a confirmed appointment (and, despite leaving him a voicemail, I never heard from him). We would not recommend Infinity Kitchens as they are unreliable, unprofessional and treat their customers poorly.

Infinity Kitchens and Joinery gave me everything I wanted in my beautiful new kitchen, plus a few extras, all within budget. Joel is great at designing to maximise features within the space. All his staff and trades were a pleasure to work with, showing attention to detail, neat and tidy work and great communication. Their carpenter Chris did a fantastic job with the installation. Highly recommended.

Infinity Kitchens and Joinery fitted our new kitchen and demolished an old bar. They were helpful right from the design stage, and all the workers were pleasant and lovely to have in the home. We are very happy with our new kitchen. I would recommend them highly!

We are delighted with our new kitchen and laundry. Joel's plans change our old kitchen and small unused dining room into a lovely large kitchen with lots of cupboard and bench space. Joel was prompt to reply to our request for a quote and was able to commence work quickly. Joel and Jacinta were very supportive through the whole process and his crew were wonderful craftsmen when dealing with some challenging aspects of our older house.

Infinity Kitchens & Joinery did an amazing job on our kitchen and laundry! Joel, Jacelle and their wonderful team were friendly, efficient and professional. We were kept up to date throughout the process (which was so smooth) and we love our beautiful and functional new spaces. Joel gave excellent advice regarding the design, cabinetry and storage in both spaces and the quality is outstanding. We really love our double bin and lazy susan cupboards in our kitchen and the double hamper cupboard in our laundry. We highly recommend Infinity and are thrilled with the outcome!

The design prepared by Infinity Kitchens was really well thought out for style, practicality and storage. The cabinets were beautiful and perfectly suited the mid century era of the house while still looking classy and modern. The installation was quick and trouble free because of the expertise of the team. They were great. We were thrilled with the luxury touches, especially the lighting. The price was very reasonably for such a quality job. Joel was so helpful and always kept in contact. His team of tradesmen were really experienced and handled the challenges of an older building with ease. We have been very happy with the kitchen.

When I engaged Infinity Kitchens & Joinery to assist me with renovating my kitchen, I was located interstate in Far North Queensland. Jacelle and her team made me feel at ease and offered great options for my investment property. The team went over and beyond, they were able to deliver on other jobs outside of the kitchen area and stay within my budget. During the renovation period it was a very stressful time in my life, I wasn’t able to meet the team in person or view my property. Infinity Kitchens & Joinery really delivered and I am so happy with the results, as my unit has been a successful rental property since the renovations.

Infinity did a fabulous job on our kitchen and laundry. The workmanship was fantastic and they achieved exactly what we asked for. We had all the cupboards in the kitchen remade and all new appliances added. They did a great job in fitting the gas hotplate into the existing bench. The laundry is great. I love my three open cupboard hampers. The electrician and plumber they used were great too!

Joel has excellent attention for detail and first class customer service. He is incredibly organised and likes to keep all his projects on time and within people budget and expectations. You wont be disappointment visiting Joel and his team.

Having designed our new living area and kitchen our task was, and it wasn't an easy one, to find a company who would work with us and not dictate too us. Having had problems with a previous provider excellent communication was we belived central to the bringing the project in on time, hopefully on budget and according to our design specifications. After a long period of planning we knew what we wanted and we knew that it was achievable. Joel's quote was detailed accurately costed and unlike every other quote we had complete with a time frame. When Joel and the team at Infinity kitchen joined us on our journey we knew we had made the right choice. The project began on time and for the most part it went smoothly we knew that no renovation goes exactly to plan or schedule and our job was no exception there was some time slippage but when isn't there? Joel's work is of the highest quality and his management of the project was all we had hoped it would be. The subcontractors were efficient and pleasant to deal with which is a big plus in any renovation. Joel kept the job on time and followed up on all our requests he also maintained a good rapport with his subcontractors. Our new kitchen is everything we had hoped for it looks exactly like the design we created more than a year ago. The standard of joinery and finish is excellent and like icing on the cake the project came in on budget. Our project with Infinity Kitchens & Joinery was to create and renovate a new modern laundry that would suit our 5 bedroom home. We wanted a modern design with maximum storage space.
