“After many enquiries and visits to numerous kitchen companies, including small and large businesses, designer/high end, local, flatpack/DIY options, we just couldn’t find anything that suited us. We also found the lack of customer service at this “shopping around” stage to be disappointing to say the least. We stumbled across Dzine Kitchens and from the beginning we could tell that Khurram was honest and genuinely cared about his clients, which was non-existent from the other kitchen companies we visited. He worked with us to design something within our budget and to achieve the best layout possible for the space. We were happy with the entire process and everyone we dealt with was polite and professional. There were a few delays with our drawers and due to the Christmas closedown period, delivery of parts took longer than expected. However, Khurram himself came to finish the job as soon as it was possible and checked to make sure everything was precise and completed to an extremely high standard. The kitchen is beautiful and we are very pleased with the final outcome- even better than what we envisaged. Can't fault them and can’t wait to engage them in our next project soon. “We have used Nouvelle in two previous homes, and were very happy with the outcome so we decided to use them again when we moved into a smaller Apartment in McMahons Point, Sydney. John Cullen, the designer we had was very patient, and came up with a much improved design for our kitchen, which also involved building works with the partial removal of a wall to the dining room. It is sleek and contemporary, and suits the Apartment very well, we did have a problem not of their making, the bench manufacturers made a mistake with the sink cutout location, and Nouvelle were very good about having it rectified, their customer service is outstanding and nothing too much trouble. After having the kitchen installed we went ahead to remodel the Laundry, a much smaller job, but we are happy with the finish.”

“I just added a brand new kitchen from this company and after using it for a month I should say I've never been happier. The quality and design features are unbeatable. They were very thorough with us from the beginning, Fred the designer sent us various design drafts, made sure we are happy with every single element, factored into everything that I can't even think of and accommodated to my every want and need. The check measurer Nick alerted us to the minutiae details that seem unimportant but are crucial to the proper execution of the job. He made sure that everything would work ergonomically before it was sent for production. Without him picking up these details before production that even our architect missed, it would have cost us a lot of money to repair in future. Even our architect was impressed with the extent of his attention to details that no other person in the project could foresee. The manager Patrick made sure the project was on time and pushed hard to meet the agreed deadline. Every single person involved were highly professional and are committed to giving us exactly what we want in the time frame we want and more. Their advice was backed by years of experience and are always on point. When installation day came, they were on schedule and installed everything accurately and speedily. Other companies will tell you to wait, will do things in bits and pieces and expect you to bear with it, taking months to complete a simple cupboard, getting orders and design horrendously wrong and the customer needs to chase them to finish the job. Not Wonderful Kitchens. No company I have dealt with while we were renovating has ever impressed me this much. If you're looking for an outstanding kitchen company and complete satisfaction, then it's this company. Yes you can find a cheaper company but you are paying for quality, customer service and peace of mind. Even as you walk in their showroom you can see why they stand out against other kitchen companies. Wonderful kitchens deserve their name and I have to thank them for making sure my kitchen is indeed, wonderful.”
