Very happy with the Mint team! I wanted to keep it as local as possible and decided to go with Marzena, Darren and her team in Ascot Vale. We did a full Reno of our kitchen and we are really happy with that results. Was great to have a copy of the construction plan and all tradies were top notch so would 100% recommend. I would say they went even beyond of our expectations.

From start to completion our experience with everyone from Mint kitchens has been first class. The ability to translate a wish list into a functional design which not only provided us with a fabulous and functional kitchen, but also opened up the living area and transformed the whole area into a beautiful entertainment space. The whole team worked tirelessly to fulfill our dreams and meet our needs. Thank you all for the great job.

From the first time going to the Show room and meeting Joelene was positive and she was very generous in her time, showing us around and the many products we could use. We left feeling comfortable and confident we found a good one. Her visit to our home with the team, suggestions in design, and versatility was amazing. The workmanship that followed and project went well on time. we were always kept informed of any slight delay which was minimum. the end result is fantastic and exactly what we wanted. Joelene and the team later followed up to see us and how we were enjoying the new kitchen and enquired on our satisfaction. In a nutshell service from start to finish. I’m so glad I chose Mint Kitchens for my kitchen renovation. Throughout, everyone involved in my project were professional, polite, personable, and skilled. I was listened to, felt heard, and all my wishes were taken into account, and when I went off course on design, appliances, or finances, I was gently redirected to something more practical for the style of house I live in, and what I could realistically afford! I don’t think there are many companies around that provide that level of care towards a client. My new kitchen is a true joy to see, and to cook in! And I will be using Mint Kitchens again for my upcoming bathroom and laundry renovations!

Marzena, Rath, Gino and Darren (Mint, Moonee Ponds) first renovated our kitchen - and due to our exceptional experience and the kitchen they gave us we had them back to do our bathroom and laundry. Marzena was exactly what we needed from a designer. She was approachable, easy to work with and took time to understand what we wanted, then worked with us to refine and finalise the plans. She made herself very available and was flexible with times and places (i.e. tile shop, E&S trading, with our kids present), supporting us to make (better!) choices but not overriding our preferences. We were very grateful for her experience with style suggestions which we found hard to visualise, so relied on her guidance for final choices. Marzena, Rath and the team helped us keep to budget and our timeline, despite major challenges around covid. Her vision for our existing space was spot-on and we are thrilled with the results of both projects. Mint partnered with Gino our builder (Anthony Cusano, L&G Creative Projects). They made a great team with almost seamless communication and minimal requirement from our end to bridge gaps or relay information. In addition to great building knowledge, Gino’s communication skills were very impressive. He kept us up to date, had a direct and clear communication style, promptly identifying any issues or changes that were needed. Most impressively, his team was very organised and we kept exactly on schedule for both projects (much appreciated given the costs with moving out temporarily). The team were polite around our kids and tidied up after each day and job, and cleaned the kitchen/bathroom at the end so you move into a beautifully clean space. We’re so glad we chose Mint Kitchens to design and install our new kitchen. We love how it looks and how it functions. The highlight was the design process with Alicia. Her knowledge of materials and cabinetry solutions and her calm and patient approach meant our ideas were all considered and improved on by her expertise. We learned the pros and cons of the various options so when we made decisions we knew why. There’s nothing in the kitchen we’ll ever wonder “what if” about. I can’t imagine how we could have learned what we needed to know to design the kitchen I’ve wanted for so long without Alicia’s experience and guidance. We never felt rushed but every appointment with her took us a few steps forward. She has a great design eye and was able to guide us through choices of layout and colours for our space. We now have a space we enjoy being in and we’re proud to share it with family and friends. Our situation was not straight forward because the new kitchen went in our former dining room. That meant moving power, plumbing etc on the first floor of an old building with a thick concrete floor. Everything we needed was achieved by Gino and his team with minimal fuss. Minor issues that came up were all dealt with promptly. Every tradesperson we encountered was courteous and professional. We’d happily recommend Mint to anyone who loves to cook and share food with loved ones and is looking for a beautiful, fun to work in kitchen.

We are absolutely thrilled with the stunning results of our new bathroom, powder room and laundry from Mint Kitchen Group completed on schedule in December 2023. From the initial design process, to the quality of work, attentiveness and professionalism, our experience with Mint Kitchen Group was wonderful. Alicia, our designer was amazing. Responsive to our needs, she came up with creative and brilliant ideas and solutions, suggested quality products and discussed lots of options with us. We were very much included in the decision making and guided by her experience and expertise. Mint Kitchen Group designed and installed our new laundry. The process was smooth and fuss free from design to installation. The design process was incredibly easy with our designer going above and beyond to meet our needs. The installer did an incredibly meticulous job. We're super happy with the results. Communication through the whole process was also seamless and made sure we understood what would happen when, and what we needed to do at each point.

We are very grateful that we chose Mint Kitchen Group on the recommendation of an acquaintance. We had endured a previous negative, costly experience with a rogue builder; VCAT; lawyers, and repairs yet to be effected on another job at our home. Thus scarred, we strongly resisted further renovations- but a failing bathroom and limited storage forced us into yet another project. This being: complete demolition and renovation of small bathroom and cabinetry/storage in a separate room. Having learned in the worst way, that communication/documentation/extreme vigilance and to 'question everything' is critical, we tentatively undertook another project, but this time with Mint. Paul's creative and practical input, his absolute availability and patience with my questions/emails/txts set the tone for our entire experience with Mint. Every inquiry/concern raised was answered by Paul and/or Gino(Builder) and enacted within hours. The detailed daily schedule was adhered to; the workmanship (particularly of the tiler) was appreciated and the result is just as we desired - but better! Paul acted at all times as an advocate for us, and as we observed the progress of the works, we always felt confident of the quality and attention to detail under the direction of Gino. Our interaction with Mint not only delivered on the design and the building ref, BUT Mint went a long way to restore our trust in the renovation industry. Highly recommend by us!
