From start to finish every single person in their various teams were a delight to have in our home, and carried out superb workmanship. Nothing was too much trouble.. ( it transpired that our counter tops needed to be craned up three floors and in through the balcony). The entire job started on time and finished on time. Wonderful Kitchens were responsive, capable and efficient at every turn. During installation, it was found some minor changes would be helpful, and these were accommodated without question. “Our kitchen was starting to fall apart and needed make over. We want a retro look as our home was built in the 1950's, but modern materials that emulated the look and feel of the period. We wanted a bigger kitchen and decide to do extensive rebuild involving removing of walls, electrical and plumbing relocation. We also wanted someone who would do the whole project. When we started looking for a firm most could only do the kitchen and not the building works. But what swayed us to go with Nouvelle was they actually provided a preliminary design for us at the quotation stage. Others vendors would come and just talk or tell us how they would do it and ignore our ideas. The job is close to being complete and the kitchen is a joy and exactly how I pictured it would look. We also relocated the laundry to internal closet and combined a toilet and bathroom into a single room which Nouvelle did to. The design through to execution has been wonderful. It took close to 6 weeks. We moved out of home for 5 weeks. The Friday we were due to move back Nouvelle made sure that it was liveable water, electric, stove all worked. Only surprise we had was the bathroom floor need replacing and was quickly fixed by Nouvelle with only a small adjustment and reason it took longer then was expected. But old homes tend to have surprises. The staff were excellent both in the office and at the house. I would be happy to recommended Nouvelle to others, as our renovation went very smoothly and the results are something we can happily live with for many years to come. More pics on my ideas book.”

This made life so much easier knowing that we did not have to spend time running around looking for suppliers, and hoping they would do a great job. “We found Matt and the team from Melbourne Joinery Services quite by accident about 2 years ago when we began renovating our home that hadn't had so much as a tap washer changed in 30 years. Being a character home, your average flat pack or "square" cabinetry was never going to work. Not a straight wall in the house. MJS built us everything from custom designed wardrobes, bedroom and bathroom cabinets to a most amazing bespoke Hampton style kitchen. No request was discouraged for being too tricky, including our purpose built "goggle drawer & pool towel cabinet" and doggie bowl station built into the end our kitchen island bench. Suggestions and samples for materials were on hand to help us make the best choices and post install there was never any problem dropping past to attend to any adjustments and fine tuning. And just as important is Matt is a respectful, great guy. I never had any concern with having him and his team in my house while I was home on my own or if I had to leave him to his own devices while I was out. Something I am very conscious of with tradies. And to top it off his prices are very reasonable for a custom service. Excellent value for money with a good balance of price and quality”

I went to many kitchen companies looking for someone to come onsite and look at the project, the concrete floor finish and the physical space rather than designing from plan only. Bryce changed things over and over again without any frustration and went above and beyond meeting me at an appliance place to help make a tough decision. The install boys were fabulous (and funny), professional and punctual. When things went wrong (and it happens), Vista found a solution that was even better than the original plan. I couldn't fault this company and would always recommend them,”

“I wanted to refurbish my kitchen cabinetry but retain the carcass in one house, whilst I also required a refit of cabinetry to house a wine fridge in a kitchen which had been installed 2 years ago at our beach house. Jack was prompt, enthusiastic, applying his knowledge to work out the details of refitting what was a new kitchen to house the additional wine fridge. The finished job provided a seamless profile and was indistinguishable from the rest of the kitchen joinery. Very happy indeed. The refurbishment which converted cupboards to soft close draws was also a painless exercise for install, and protected the granite bench tops which I was concerned about without any dramas.”
