“I sent a request on an online directory for a complete bathroom & toilet renovation. Ben Matthews for Internos Home Improvements was one of those who responded. From the outset we liked his manner and felt comfortable about his knowledge of the job. When he presented his quote by email every detail was shown and included in the costings including GST, So in accepting his quote we knew the exact cost. Even before he started he strictly followed the rules about giving the correct cooling of period before starting even though we would have been happy & he could have started immediately we had signed. From day one when he said that they would be at our place on a certain day or time they were, regardless of which tradesmen it was. Also once work started his men were here every day so the job moved along well without any delays. The work was all done to a very high standard and after it was finished Ben hired a professional cleaner to come through and clean up where they had been trapsing through the house. Having said that his men were pretty particular about laying tarps etc in the walkways to ensure that they kept the house clean. So we had a very good experience with BenMatthews & Internos and have already recommended them to friends.”
