We design your kitchen, bathroom, laundry, study, bedrooms etc, and broker your project to the various quality industry professionals. After our first consultation, we will involve you online with the first drafts. You will see in the comfort of your own home, high resolution pictures of your project, leaving no doubt as to how the finished product will look. Brett and Brian did an exceptional job and we couldn't be happier. We initially sought advice on how best to approach our kitchen renovation and they saw the potential in the space. The computer generated renderings helped us see what the changes would look like which gave us the confidence to go ahead. Brett and Brian helped through each step of the process. We love our new kitchen, it has completely transformed our home and we would recommend the Renovation Broker to everyone!!

The Renovation Broker were amazing! Through concept, design and to installation they have always there, at the end of the phone or on site, to assist in making our kitchen, laundry, room divider unit (the most stunning piece of joinery!) and granny flat kitchen beautiful and practical aspects of our major Heritage restoration and additions. They truly understood our needs and their years of experience shines through the finished pieces. Thank you Brett & Brian for your incredible ideas and knowledge and for making the process as painless as possible! You're certainly champions in the game!!

We were so lucky to have been referred to the Renovation Brokers by a neighbour. The design they produced for our kitchen renovation was unique and far beyond what we could have imagined - frankly, we were blown away. Bryan and Brett were extremely communicative during the entire process, managing the contractors and ensuring quality builds and products were delivered. Would recommend the Renovation Brokers to anyone looking on embarking on any renovation project, big or small - an excellent experience all round

Based on our kitchen renovation undertaken several years ago we had no hesitation in again engaging The Renovation Broker for our recent project involving renovation of a master bedroom to include a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, renovation of a main bathroom and installation of a guest bathroom. As was our previous experience, we were consulted extensively regarding the project outline, the design work and specifications provided were detailed and exceptional in quality and any questions we had were answered promptly. We highly recommend The Renovation Broker.

The Renovation Broker helped us design our beer garden and stage at our Brewery in Kempsey - Bucket Brewery, we could not be happier with the outcome and being able to bring our visions to life with their fantastic renders to see how it will look. These renders and plans also helped us secure a small business grant 50k plus to go towards the renovation and live music for local artists. The beer garden has been a great success for us and the community, we have now held numerous events, the patrons & artists just love it. We are now getting The Renovation Broker to design more upgrades to our brewery, we are looking forward to seeing them come to life, we highly recommend The Renovation Broker.

This is the third time we've engaged the services of The Renovation Broker to assist with designing, planning and project managing a major renovation. To say we couldn't be happier with the service provided would be an understatement. From clever design concepts we never would have thought of on our own, to friendly and professional communication, to timely project management, this team delivers on all fronts. To undertake a complete gut and fit out during Covid 19 with all the related challenges, including Christmas deadlines, was quite the undertaking. Without Brett's expert project management, contacts and relationships with industry experts, we never would have achieved this outcome. The trades people they engage are professional, friendly, provide expert service and are also a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend The Renovation Broker for any project, and have in fact recommended their services to a number of friends who have also been highly satisfied with the outcome. Brett and Brian in Renovation Broker are very experienced. They designed our kitchen with quality and practicality. Our small kitchen has been transformed to be much more functional so that the kitchen flow, bench top space and the storage capacity have been improved greatly. They also referred us to the builders and kitchen joiners for us to choose which saves some hassles and cost. The whole family enjoy the result of our new kitchen, especially our teen daughters could do baking together in our new kitchen while I can cook in the same time.

We used the Renovation Broker to design our kitchen, laundry and three bathrooms in a major house renovation. Best decision ever! I had spoken to a couple of kitchen designers already but wasn't really confident their ideas would work for us. However as soon as we had the initial meeting with Brett, I knew we had found the right people to help us. Brian helped us create (rather than force on us) a design that was both creative and practical. Being able to see the designs on screen and in 3D really helped give us confidence the design process. The result is a stunning kitchen that not only wows people but is also a very practical family and entertaining space. Having all the designs and measurements for the kitchens and bathrooms laid out in a book made it so easy when we were making choices and talking to suppliers. Being able to put the jobs out to tender, meant we were able to save money, and cover the cost of the design fees which was a bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about renovations.

We were looking to update our worn out kitchen. We wanted to engage a kitchen specialist who we could lean on to assist with the design and building process. We met with Brian & Brett Patterson at their design studio and they explained their process to us. We liked the fact that for a fixed cost they could design a kitchen for us and then go to their trusted contractors to provide quotes. Brian visited our house and came up with an innovative solution that had not crossed our minds and as a result were were able to unlock unused floor space and get the kitchen we wanted and still be within our original budget. The contractors they recommended were fantastic to deal with and Brett checked in regularly to see how it was all going and answer any questions we had. Brian and Brett along with the team of contractors are to be commended as we were able to get all the work done whilst in the middle of the COVID Pandemic, with kids home schooling and a parent working from home. I highly recommend The Renovation Broker team.

The Renovation Broker worked with us to create our state of the art Talostone showroom in Waterloo. It give us great pleasure to recommend The Renovation Broker. Nothing was ever to much trouble for them. They have a no problems, only solutions attitude. When renovating things are always coming up where you need to solve unforseeable problems quickly, and you need people like Brett and Brian helping and guiding you to solve these issues. With their years of experience they have the ability to do this. Their technology they use to show you how the design of your kitchen, bathroom, or in our case showroom was incredible. No longer do you have to imagine how anything will look. Their 3D renders as so realistic, and their creative designs and knowledge of how to create a space shines through with all the years of experience they have gained.

We engaged the Renovation Broker to restyle our apartment - converting the isolated kitchen into a spacious open-plan living space, reconfiguring the two bathrooms, and renovating the balcony. The result has been amazing. We had a tiny ensuite before, that has been transformed into a very spacious ensuite bathroom, and with clever use of space, the main bathroom is also spacious and practical. The kitchen/living area and balcony have also been transformed into a far more practical and usable space. I was a little apprehensive about starting my renovation as I have had poor experiences with trades before. But working with the Renovation Broker was smooth and hassle-free. Their designs were imaginative and clever, and they hooked us up with the best trades for a first-rate job. The arms-length approach that the Renovation Brokers use - where they put you in touch with trades for you to engage directly, worked really well. They have no vested interest in having you engage 'their guys', just a common interest to help us get the best job done. I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Seamless, high quality, on budget and on time. We were living in Papua New Guinea and needed to do an extensive renovation on the backend of our house before we returned home. We were very nervous about managing a huge project from another country, not being able to deal with the builders in person but Brett made it so easy that we didn't have a moment's worry. It was great to see the progress shots and the result was exactly as we hoped, our house was transformed. There were no unforeseen issues, nothing that required more time or money because Renovation Broker's had done such a thorough project scope and execution plan. I feel like we got the most professional and skilled people working on our project - definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to know everything before a hammer is picked up and wants a fantastic finished product!
