“Lux Interiors were recommended to us by our interior designer, Tamlin from Prince Design. From the very first site visit, through the planning and design phases, two stages of demolition, engineering, construction and final delivery, it was a pleasure to work with Andrew, Kyle and the entire Lux team. They completely stripped and renovated our 420sqm, two-storey apartment. The scope of works included floors, ceilings, walls, lighting and electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, cabinetry, stairs, lift installation, and both internal and external windows and doors, transforming the bare-bones space into a luxurious two-storey penthouse. The final result is faultless and a testament to Lux's commitment to ensuring every detail is carefully considered and delivered to the highest standard, with collaborative coordination with Prince Design across the project. We highly recommend Lux Interiors for your next project. Their professionalism, craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none.”

“I have used Kate and the Moda team 3 times and been delighted with each experience. First when building, (quite a few years ago), a much smaller Moda team did the design and product selection for my kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. 10 years later, I worked with Kate whilst living overseas, to refresh and update the house. Everything was handled so well even though done without me even being in Perth. The builder working with Kate was perfect, the furniture was purchased, delivered and set up so I walked in to a sparkling, furnished and updated home. Prices for all the items I needed to purchase were well below the normal retail prices. Then when downsizing last year, Kate helped again with new furniture, apartment layout and where to get everything at wholesale prices. Kate and her team were very open, listened to what was important to me, offered their expert knowledge and all within budget and an agreed timeline. The ultimate professionals.”

“Lorena is an absolute professional in every way. Not only is she extremely creative, she can create the wow factor in every room on a minimal budget. The results on my home were nothing short of remarkable given the budget and time frame she had to work with. Unlike other designers, Lorena is not just focussed on making the property look pretty but she provides intelligent advice on providing return on your investment and ensuring your property will appeal to the correct target demographic when selling. She provides the entire package, even working with your agent to ensure the marketing mix will do justice to the look that is created. Having been a real estate agent myself for 14 years, I have worked with many designers and can say that Lorena is head and shoulders above any other designer out there regardless of whether you just want to modernise your home or want to get the best result when selling. Work with her and you will not be disappointed!”
