Westwood Workshop

I only have a small kitchen so the additions to my kitchen have only been in the area of $3-4000. I can say all work has been well done and all communication has been easy with the staff. I would recommend Westwood Workshop.

We used Westwood Workshop to renovate our kitchen. They did a great job however towards the end of the project they got a bit difficult to deal with and we constantly had to chase them up. They called us the day after we had completely demolished the existing kitchen in compensation they had given us some 'Blum' drawer organisers because the initial stage was delayed. Included in the 'Blum' products I had requested a wine glass holder and was provided with a wine bottle holder. This was going to be exchanged. However after final payment I chased this up and was told that we had cost them so much extra money and we would only get it if we paid for it. We were not happy with the quality of the plaster work and needed to get them back. We withheld the final payment until we were happy (please note the contracted stated we were not required to pay until we were happy with the job). They were aware we were going overseas and still no one came to fix the plaster. We paid for a plasterer which was included in the quoting, my husband did some panelling work himself however at no point were we charged less for the plasterer. We were constantly calling them to see which days they were coming. Things got ugly in the end as apparently we had cost them so much money. I would not recommend Westwood because of their poor communication skills and customer service, which is a shame as the overall the quality of the kitchen is amazing.
