“We “discovered” Interiors Infocus on Houzz and, based on Caroline’s quick and professional response to our initial query, we knew that Caroline was going to be the ideal person to assist us with renovations in the kitchen, pantry, study, lounge and lock-up garage. Caroline has an engaging, positive and ‘can do’ approach that, combined with her years of experience and knowledge, made it easy for us to discuss our ideas and work together. Caroline is not only generous with her time, she genuinely listens to what you want to achieve and then efficiently follows through on agreed actions. Importantly, Caroline presented us with a comprehensive set of detailed 3D and technical designs complete with samples of selected products so that we could ‘see’ the finished result before we began. Caroline also connected us to quality, professional tradesman who provided above average work with a customer-friendly and flexible approach. All trade work was overseen by Caroline which was fantastic as her expert-eye picked up on details that would have escaped our attention. We highly recommend Caroline’s services and would absolutely use Caroline again for future home renovations.”

On the specified date the cupboards arrived and were installed and I was extremely pleased, these 2 items of furniture were exactly what I wanted. “Jessi was an incredible help to me sourcing Hampton style furniture and styling our entire house which at the time was a construction site. She had to work in some unusual circumstances as sometimes we didn’t have exact measurements (as the walls weren’t built) and I was heavily pregnant so she had to be adaptable and moved around her schedule and process accordingly. Jessi was incredibly supportive and remained positive throughout the many changes we had. She even worked through the night at one stage to liaise with a fabric supplier in the states to ensure some custom furniture would be delivered in time for Christmas. Can’t recommended Jessi highly enough!”
