“Demis is an absolute pleasure to work with. Demis is helping us draw up our dream home, by way of an extension to our existing house and has been incredibly patient, diligent, responsive, organised, proactive and helpful. Demis is very passionate about his work, you can tell he loves what he does and this comes through in his work. Demis is always professional, friendly and easy to talk to. He often sends through suggestions or ideas with no prompting and is always happy to revisit or test how other options might work. He has assisted us a great deal in pulling together our plans for Council and meeting with them. We can’t fault Demis in terms of his commitment, responsiveness and the quality of service he has provided us so far and I look forward to one day completing our project with Demis’ help.”

“I hired Nathalie at NS Studio to complete our renovation project and project manage our build. She was so hands on and always there to help me with advice and any queries. I would highly recommend her, she is very well connected and had some great ideas. Nathaie's interior design skills were an added bonus when furnishing the inside of the house aswell.”

“We are in the process of renovating our house and are extremely happy with the service that Luke and Mukesh have provided. We have a 1920's Californian Bungalow and are re-designing the downstairs and adding a modern 2nd-storey to the back part of the house. They have always been willing to listen to our suggestions and incorporated it into the design or came up with other ideas that we preferred! They are always quick to answer any questions we have and so easy to reach via phone or email. They are also willing to communicate with our builder and interior designer to get the best result for us. We highly recommend them if you want a great design whilst working with a professional team on your side.”

“Vanessa is amazing! So much so that I've given her the nickname "Sydney's Best", abbreviated from "Sydney's Best Architect". We have undertaken 2 renovations and Vanessa was the architect on both occasions. In fact, we delayed our 2nd renovation to coincide with her return to Australia so she could be on-site for the job. Vanessa has a relaxed and friendly manner that belies her expertise and talent. Whilst her ideas and recommendations are outstanding, Vanessa's great strength is her ability to listen to and understand what we were hoping to achieve and then to make it happen. Twelve months on from completion and we continue to be blown away with how happy we are with Vanessa's design. We love the home that Vanessa has designed for us and truly couldn't be happier. The wonderful thing is that it isn't just a home for adults or a home for kids. Vanessa has designed a home that is to be lived in and everyone living in the house loves it. The design takes in so many considerations - it's a home for entertaining and a home for living; it accommodates people having their own spaces but also areas for people to interact; the space is utilised extremely well with the roof and under deck areas utilised to create maximum storage and an additional room. The design is very clever. Additionally, Vanessa has a great approach to working with the builder and sub-contractors and whilst you often hear about builder / architect difficulties Vanessa's approach and way of working with people ensures a happy and positive outcome for all parties. We are now looking at developing some apartments and wouldn't think of using anyone else. In fact, we can't wait to work with Vanessa again. Great person. Wonderful architect.”

“Joumana Moore receives a five star review from us and it is thoroughly deserved. Joumana has provided us with a total service including planning, design, building expertise, contact to suppliers, project management and has also covered off all of the little painful jobs that go with a renovation. Joumana has always kept our budget requirements in the front of her mind and has given us every opportunity to make decisions based around our budget while also making sure we get the design we have always wanted with a high standard finish. Joumana has been very flexible where we have made changes and provided excellent advice about how to proceed and the relative cost of things. Joumana is assisted by an excellent team of professionals that help co-ordinate the renovation. Our build is on schedule and on budget and we are very grateful that Joumana has lead the project and made life so much easier for us. We still have our sanity, the build and finish we wanted and its on budget – we are very very happy with Joumana’s service and would highly recommend her to others taking on a renovation journey.”
