Tracey's role was to liaise with client and our team, problem solve, select finishes including but not limited to tiles, channel grates, paint finishes, general aesthetics and budget assistance and forecasting for the client. Tracey has in depth Technical knowledge as well as her advanced styling and design skills. Great to work with and makes even the hardest tasks run smoothly and efficiently.”

She provides names and contacts of reliable tradies and firms, and is involved in the process all the way. It was Gillian who introduced me to the fabulous Houzz site, and together we built up a style file for the lounge area and the bathroom and powder room. She was able to liaise with the plumber so that we could understand what he meant with all the technical specs, and went around with him to make sure we were getting what we wanted when he came to measure and quote. Although we have not yet started the bathroom renovation, we have updated our kitchen dining area and it looks fantastic. I thoroughly recommend her services.”
