She quoted way over budget and when queried on it, took weeks to respond. Still sent her bill on time and still had to pay her. (For nothing!)

Carlone did not complete our project for our beautiful home that we paid a record price for in Hahndorf. Caroline did not include in the scope of supply we paid for a planting schedule to hide the two water tanks. A vegetable garden. Fruit trees to hide the barn and shed. We paid $4K for a water tank that had a wall garden pot and there was no planting schedule for this either. Then we wanted to have a walled garden over the small shed/carport and this was not provided. We then tried to choose a suitable wall garden for this shed as we look over this from our home office. We now have to buy this twice as we purchased the wall garden pots that were too small so the plants dry out very quickly so we need to purchase this twice now which is what we wanted to avoid when paying Caroline the consultant to support us. Caroline even forgot to provide a planting schedule for 15 pot plants that we had purchased and painted in front of our home and around the spa/entertaining area. I asked Caroline to use a note pad but she asked me to trust her memory and experience. We never received the garden design before paying in full. The planting schedule type was so small we couldn't even get that separated from the actual garden design so we could read it. We had to go to office works to print out the design on A3 as Caroline wouldn't return to the home to discuss the design and make any changes. With Caroline, you have a ONE HIT design that isn't the scope you requested. The design will have 30% off details left off and then Caroline will not return to your property or answer phone calls, or emails to provide what you wanted and paid for. Then your property will not be ready for your 50th Birthday or hosting Christmas which is why you hired Caroline in the first place. You then have to have your 50th off-site at a greater expense that you could have used on your garden design instead? We still have not started our garden design as we have 20-30% of it not completed so we can't buy all the plants together and try to receive a better buying price for ordering all the plants at the one time.
