Hi I’m Mei Chan, I specialise in creating beautiful garden spaces that are easy care, sensitive to the eco-system and inexpensive. Do you want to add on some edible aspects to your garden? Graduate from Burnley Horticultural College in Garden Design, I seek to provide garden designs that are eco friendly, using native plants with an eclectic mix of edibles. This is necessary in today's urban sprawl as trees are being cut down to make way for new estates therefore robbing wild life of their habitats. We need to balance the overly concreted landscapes that now dominate. Even a small area can be made productive for both humans and wildlife through pot plants and vertical plantings.

Very good positive experience from start to finish, from March to end Oct 2018. A one woman show providing personalised service, Mei was always on hand to listen, coach, advice and support with tips. A consummate professional, she was always punctual with a passion for her work that is catching and fun. I don't think you could get such service anywhere else for the price she quoted - really really reasonable . If you have a small garden/courtyard, you would do well to make her the "go to" person. . We contacted other bigger service providers and were basically ignored because we were not big enough at 50 sqm. Mei has an sense of fun and it was so easy to work with her..

Mei helped me create a native low maintenance garden for my new home. She listened carefully to understand my requirements and preferences and created an excellent design. She worked quickly and independently on the implementation. I love the result; it was also well within budget. I highly recommend May.

Mei did an incredible job of my balcony garden, and would highly recommend her to others. Really enjoyed discussing plants and design, her attention to detail, and most of all the end result. From a pretty sad looking display of plants, Mei created a beautiful array of succulents and citrus trees, lovely clustering of pots and now the space looks amazing. thank you Mei!

Mei helped us set up a veggie patch and native garden at our house. We are so thrilled with the results. Mei was so easy to deal with and has maintained an ongoing interest in our garden. My experience with Gardens in Abundance was first class, from the itinial consultation to the end of the project was carried through very professionally. Our balcony garden was neglected and we wanted a makeover. On the first visit, MK the consultant, came prepared with design and plant recommendations, she also took my views into consideration. Once the plan agreed MK did a great job by sourcing, buying, delivering and planting as planned. Although we were away at that time, we had every confidence in her completing the project within the tight timeframe provided and within budget. The end result was beautiful! She even provided excellent care service when we were away for 3 weeks. MK is very passionate in her work, we highly recommend her to those who are looking for a personal and professional service.

Mei Keun was very knowledgeable in helping me plan various parts of my garden. She advised on the best plants which would work in the spaces and helped me choose them along with the best mulch and fertilizer to promote growth . We are very happy with the end result and would happily recommend Gardens in Abundance for designing a domestic garden at an affordable price.

We wanted an outdoor dining area but had a problematic steep sloping block. We contacted Mei who documented our brief in great detail. She went beyond what we expected with a design that incorporated our existing native plants and a sandstone retaining wall that is also used as a seat. We are more than happy with her design and wonderful ideas.
