Very disappointing. A friendly team which invoices and promises a great product and great service. In reality the team do not deliver on their contract which includes site cleanup, replacement of plants under warranty, supply of agreed plants, and reticulation which is shown to work. When the company has been contacted to remedy these problems, the response has been a mixture of the site manager saying that he'd rectify the problem on a certain date (which comes and goes without any action or further communication), a phone call from the boss wanting the client to back down on their complaint, then ignored emails. When the client is so frustrated by ghosting and more things are found which have failed and the client has no recourse other than to take the complaint to the government because of breach of contract, then the company attempts to gaslight the client, when the evidence has already been submitted to Luke's Landscaping in previous emails.
