Pepo Botanic Design

When we renovated our new home, we asked Pepo to improve the existing garden. The design and construction teams were professional and courteous throughout the process; traits that the members of the maintenance team continue to display at every visit. We are very happy with the beautiful garden that Pepo have created and continue to look after for us, and we have no hesitation in recommending the Pepo team.

To add to my earlier review, we have and will continue to use Pepo for our garden maintenance - the team are so hard working, knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. We've got to know the whole team, not only Nicola and James, over the years and really value their authenticity and laid back, but highly professional approach to everything they do. We engaged Pepo because we needed to fix up the pool surrounds and fencing. We hadn't originally planned to redesign the whole garden, but that's what ended up happening and we are so pleased we did! Nicola and her team listened to what we wanted, looked at our garden and what they suggested really worked for our family and the way we wanted to use the space. We ended up repaving the back patio to match the pool paving and fixing up the unusable space at the end of the pool into another paved and leafy area. Pepo also turned an area where the lawn kept dying into a great garden bed, while retaining as much of the grass as possible (so we can still kick a soccer ball around). We also wanted a low maintenance garden with lots of natives, to cut down on watering and fit the local area, and some more tree cover. Our new garden is green and lush, with beautiful plants, as well as a veggie patch and a passionfruit vine. The project start was delayed but took only slightly longer than was estimated, and the cost was in line with the quote provided. Nicola, James and the rest of the team were always professional and lovely to deal with. They made sure we were happy with the job as it went along, and were happy to fix things where necessary. Everything was well thought out, from the new shed to store the pool equipment, to the watering system to keep the garden alive, and work was carried out to a high standard. They also had excellent knowledge of the plants, planting conditions and structures, and were always happy to answer questions and give advice about maintenance or repair We love our new garden and are delighted to recommend Pepo.

Nic, James and the Pepo team have been amazing at helping us re-design our backyard, incorporating a new pool and working in a partly new and partly existing retaining wall. Without their design expertise we would never have achieved the flow or created the oasis which this space has become. Looking forward to seeing all the plants reach their potential and one day putting into the place the plans for the rest of the garden.

We were using Pepo for our garden maintenance for 4 years before we decided to get them to give our garden a 'makeover'. Its still a work in progress but they have been easy to work, the garden is looking fantastic and we would highly recommend them to others.

It has involved ongoing communication and consultation and importantly the 'final product' is superb.
