From a design perspective, GHLD were quick to pick up the clients brief, and used this well to create some beautiful Landscape designs. From a Customer Service perspective, 10 out of 10 is my rating. “We started our garden renovation project with an outline idea of what colours we wanted, and that we wanted the front garden to be a space we could live in, rather than just move through on the way to the front door. Other than that, we were very light on for ideas. After our first meeting with Jackie to talk about possibilities (noting we had seen other projects of Jackie's in our neighbourhood and liked her work), Jackie presented to us two design options. We much preferred the second (and more complex and more expensive design). Jackie helped us with every important step of the project, from recommending who we should seek quotes from for the new pathway, to the selection and sourcing of every single plant. We even needed Jackie's help to water in our "babies" whilst we went on leave in early January, and Jackie took care of the garden for us in our absence to make sure it continued to thrive. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished project, and we now have the gorgeous open space in front of our home that I had hoped for.”

“We initially had plans for our backyard project by another company, however we weren't happy with the direction and design. Paul Pritchard Landscapes was highly recommended by my cousin who they too hired Paul and were very satisfied. Paul incorporated existing features of our previous backyard into the design and we were pleased with his ideas which lead to our new backyard! Paul co-ordinated all the sub-contractors as we had our pool refurbished and a new pergola built. We now enjoy our garden and use our pergola all year round. We highly recommend Paul and his team and will certainly use them again.”
