“Working with Michael Mitchell Greenspaces (MMG) has been a very positive experience. From our first interaction followed by a site visit Michael was very engaged with us as clients. He took on board our ideas and concerns. In saying that, we were very ‘light on’ with ideas but were definite about things we didn’t want ie high maintenance. Thankfully Michael was full of ideas and suggestions (both practical and aesthetic). Whenever we raised a concern or some uncertainty in the overall-plan he allayed our concerns and/or offered alternatives which were well considered and based on our previous discussions. He had listened! He is very personable, collaborative and accommodating. He has given us the opportunity to have input and make changes along the way so there have been no surprises as each revision is presented which makes the progression seamless. Our budget is fairly modest and he has also kept a focus on this when offering solutions and/or ideas. He was very clear from the outset with the project milestones and payment schedule. We engaged a Landscape Architect (LA) many years ago and vowed we would never venture down that track again. A bespoke Gardening Team (we had also engaged for a tree removal/transplant) highly recommended we at least have a conversation with Michael. We have never looked back! We would highly recommend MMG to anyone who might be a little unsure about engaging with an LA. Our experience has been consultative and enjoyable. We find ourselves always looking forward to receiving the next iteration of our plan and our continued ‘partnership’ with Michael. We are very confident we will get a great outcome!”
