“We employed Fran and Naturesque for a large landscaping project at our private residence in Gooseberry Hill located in the foothills of Perth. Our property was complex due to the contours, existing and proposed non-existing infrastructure. Fran visited our site multiple times and listened closely to the type of garden and property and features we wanted to see, incorporated and analysed the complexities and delivered a fantastic A1 landscaping plan we are presently in process of implementing. The landscaping plan had elements of planting schedule using native selections, design of a limestone staircase and flower beds, lawn area, and a sunken garden retreat and had to accommodate and plan for driveways, sheds and pergola . My wife and I couldn't be happier with Fran's follow up, input and continued support throughout the project. I would highly recommend Fran and Naturesque services.”

“Part way through the building of our home, we made contact with Janine Mendel. Her ideas for creating functional and beautiful outdoor spaces inspired us to carry the quality of the house design out to the boundaries of the block. Our house & garden project is now complete and the outcome is awesome - all spaces are lived in, it is easy to maintain, and we have an ongoing sense of Wow!! It is a case of the end result being greater than the sum of the individual parts as they - house design and landscape design - enliven one another. We strongly recommend working on a landscape design before signing off on a house design. We had met with a couple of landscaper designers during the house design stage but we didn't connect on a vision for our site, plus it is difficult to get your head around so many vital decisions in a short timeframe. Speak with Janine Mendel while planning your house and she will be able to visualise your finished project, advising on external floor treatments, location and levels of external steps, window positioning, creating the feel you want for the walk to your front door, what to include in your electrical plan for outdoor spaces, pool design and position, etc, etc. Integration of your house and garden design before work commences on your block will minimise the headaches and surprise expenses throughout your project.”

“We met with Ascher for a two-hour consultation for advice and ideas for our very difficult, very small, L-shaped, sloped backyard with awful site access. Her aesthetic and knowledge is amazing and she managed to incorporate in all of the things from our wish list (a pool / shade / flow). We were so thrilled with the design that Ascher came back with that we added the house frontage / front yard to the scope of works immediately. The team at SolScapes were fantastic – fast and professional; which meant minimal disruption to our family. Our new backyard is by far the most beautiful ‘room’ in our house with every inch of it being both picturesque and practical. We still walk outside and cannot believe that we have this for blissful place for our family and friends to enjoy. Thank you SolScapes.”
