“Working with Jeff brought my outdoor space to life in a way I couldn’t have imagined. Jeff brought inquiry, expertise, imagination, and patience to his design work and together we discovered the most important aspects of how I wanted my outdoor space to look, feel, and function. These same traits carried over as he spent 6 weeks on my space, doing everything from sculpting raised beds and procuring and laying large boulders, to building a fire pit, to helping me choose plants and then planting them. Jeff is a professional in every sense of the word but it’s his kind heart that made him a person I looked forward to seeing every day during our project.”

“If you are looking for a unique water feature, Backyard Getaway is the answer. Their themed water designs are one of a kind and built with attention to detail. In addition, the owners are generous to the extreme, volunteering their time and expertise to schools and non-profits. We worked on a contest spearheaded by Backyard Getaway to give away a complete backyard makeover, including a custom pond, outdoor fireplace, pergola, hydroponic system and small storage shed. Definitely the type of people you'd want to work with!”

He used a variety of succulents, cactus, agave, and tropical plants to bring my ideas to life. Can’t stress enough how great this turned out. A real show stopper.”
