“Pleasant Outdoor redid my whole backyard. We had a horrible downhill of 2 feet, so we were losing a lot of usable backyard space. When they came in, they recommended we build a retaining wall around the fence. So we did that. Now my backyard is all leveled, and the patio looks beautiful. They also installed pavers on our patina and built a fire pit to go with it. I loved that they explained everything to us and how they did it. If something isn't right, they make it right! There is never a question-they just take care of business. We are the envy of the neighborhood! When Brooke and Travis say they are going to do something, they do it and do it right! They investigate all the possibilities before they begin a task. They know, in our case, all about the plants-how they will weather Utah's harsh winters. They try to meet the customer's wishes and tell you honestly if something will work there; if not, they recommend a comprable substitute. We live in CA but have a house in Utah. We wanted certain things in our yard-Brooke andTravis did the research to see if the zones were compatible with the plants we wanted.
