“Rich and the team at Head Outdoors were a pleasure to work with. The process was really easy. After making an appointment for Rich to come and see our garden and a discussion about what we wanted, he provided us with a very reasonably and competitive quote. The team were available to begin work very quickly, there was no long waiting periods as was the norm from some of the other landscaping/gardening places we spoke to. Part of the project was to install a foldable clothes line and despite installing it to my specified height,I realised it was actually much too high for me. After a sheepish conversation with Rich and his team they did not hesitate to dig out the concrete and reinstall the clothes line again! The team were always professional and friendly. The team came in on the days promised and packed up and cleared away at the end of the day. And the project was brought in on time and on budget. “Myself and my husband couldn't praise Troy and his team at Prestige Landscape highly enough. From concept to completion. Troy was an absolute pleasure to work with. Ours was a large scale job and his pricing was on par with a much lesser reputable landscaper. Our job consisted of large sandstone retaining walls, tiering, soil preparation, driveways, edging- the lot. We also had a pool installed and I wanted Troy to oversee the bond beam lay, as we were anxious of the levels we wanted to adhere to with our back patio area and a tiered backyard. He organised the laying of our travertine pavers around the pool and our large alfresco area. I could give many examples of his attention to detail but I'll give one at the top of many that sticks in my mind. When the concrete was being poured for our alfresco area, I ran inside to get some plastic to cover the glass sliding doors, by the time I came back Troy had organised to have all the doors and brickwork covered in plastic to make sure that there was no backsplash from the concrete, I hadn't asked him to do this, its just one of many details that Troy saw to. He is a true professional with a smile and laugh so engaging that we missed them when the job was finished. Sophie who oversees the office would often call us to update the next phase of the job, when Troy would be completing and starting each stage. I expect to see Troy and his team splashed over the pages of landscaping design and construction books in the near future - what can I say they are that good. I wouldn't recommend them more highly. He worked every day leading to Christmas, it was Christmas eve on the Sunday and we had to tell him to go home - (just so we could have grass for Christmas day and make sure everything was hosed down and clean - doesn't get any better than that.
