J&JJ began as a small start-up operating from their home and has grown to become a lucrative landscaping and construction business in Castle Hill’s business district. Jonathan Saad is a second generation builder and property developer with qualifications in carpentry, horticulture, and landscape construction. He entered his family business in 1983 and has been dealing in and with property in some form, ever since. Jonathan’s specialty is harnessing the value in underdeveloped property and creating tasteful, stylish homes equally suited to investors or residents. His unwavering attention to detail and commitment to quality creates a finished product he’s proud to stand behind, and his reputation in the industry is as a trusted builder and contractor. Jon also has a natural flair for design, both interior and exterior, giving his finished properties a premium finish that’s often hard to find in the quickly churning property development market.
