Professional Information

Josh Meaden, owner and director, is a fourth generation tradesman. Growing up on building sites, Josh developed a passion for Architecture, Design and Carpentry. Having studied Graphic Design at Swinburne University, Josh turned his focus to Horticulture and Permaculture, completing his Landscape Construction qualifications at NMIT. Josh completed his apprenticeship locally in Eltham, during this time he discovered the diversity of his trade. His training provided a solid foundation and understanding of fundamental landscaping practices, and the importance of precision and quality. Establishing Joshua Tree Outdoor Construction in 2014, Josh has developed a passion for hard landscape construction, utilising natural and reclaimed materials. The business has grown in size, with a focus on Apprenticeship training. Through Apprenticeships, Josh is able to pass on his passion for the trade.
