“We were seeking a high quality dining room table with 10 matching chairs. The help we received at Eclipse Handcrafted Furniture Wagga Wagga met our expectations. We were introduced to a superb solid timber platform red gum table by the owner Ross Triffin. The unique quality of the table met our needs. Ross gave us plenty of information on the creation of the table and the easy maintenance it would require. The fact that the timber came from a local source made it very appealing. We purchased the table and Ross and his team were accommodating in storing it for us until the time was right for it to be delivered to our newly renovated home in SW NSW. We received wonderful customer service from Roy at Castle Hill & he was so helpful with a flexible delivery date, as we were renovating. We then met the very helpful associate, Garry, who came to our home pre delivery, to ascertain suitable access. We had one difficult access point, however 2 days later Garry & the 2 professional delivery men made it all work so smoothly. Their care in transportation was very reassuring. All packaging was removed on delivery morning. We love our furniture! ”
