Dane & the team at Beyond Tomorrow Landscapes were at all times reliable, well mannered and professional in everything they did, cleaning the site at days end and making sure everything was as we wanted it all the way through. “We approached Kev to design the gardens of our beach house in Goolwa. As the house is literally behind the sand dunes we had no idea what plants would survive the salt laden winds. As my husband and I are from different cultural backgrounds we wanted him to create spaces that reflected our individual tastes, was reminiscent of places we have travelled coupled with being sympathetic to the property location. During our consultation Kev recommended creating two quite different gardens – the front to draw inspiration from the beach, sand dunes and its native surrounds, and the rear to have a more tropical, lush feel that would create a completely different experience representing our travels overseas. When Kev presented the design plan to us, it was better than we ever imagined. We absolutely love the selection of plants recommended and the contemporary landscaping materials such as the rusted steel, raised curved garden beds to complement the wide variety of native flora for the front garden, and elements such as the outdoor shower for Tim after a surf and bath for myself to relax under the stars for the back garden. He also included extensive undercover decked outdoor living and dining area’s as we’re keen entertainers. He even managed to include stone paving and steps referrencing my grandmothers Portuguese bungalow in Kerala in South India into the design – a place I told him had a special place in my heart during our first meeting. I can’t wait to see his design come to fruition over the coming months and highly recommend Kev to anyone reading this!”

Steve was able to understand my waving arms, was always available to explain ideas so that I could see the vision and always had time for many questions. “Luke and his team at Sand & Stone Landscapes recently undertook a major garden renovation project for us including construction of a large deck and decorative sandstone walls, paving, fencing and planting across a steep and difficult site. I can’t imagine a better contractor – nothing is too much trouble, the team are the most polite and considerate guys you could find and their workmanship is incredible. The timber deck is a large one at around 60sqm and it has been built and finished impeccably – more like a piece of furniture than a deck. The craftsmanship and design of the decorate sandstone wall is fantastic and makes the wall a real feature of our garden. With a battle-axe block and shared driveway complicating the process, the team was most considerate of our neighbours. Overall, the team is very hardworking, reliable, honest and talented. I highly recommend them and we will be getting them back next time we have a landscaping project.”
