Purchased lights for own home
I purchased 3 lights from this store last year and was horrified at the poor quality, poor workmanship and inaccurate photo that they had on their site...the light I received was nothing like it. They had obviously photographed the original designer light and then made a very cheap copy. The 3 lights were $800 so not cheap, and as I had arranged for them to be flown back to NZ asked that the company pay to have them returned as they were nothing like they advertised. The company refused to do this and I had to pay $260 to freight them back to Perth. I would like to warn others out there to beware buying any lights from this company. The photos are pretty but they are nothing like what you actually receive. Fraudulent and dishonest company!

Those are the actual photo but it was taken at a different angle which does not fully reveal the underside. We have since taken action and been fully aware of the issue. We’re normally known for our exceptional attention to detail, and we regret that we missed the mark.
In relation to the overseas freight. The fact is these items delivery address is Lansdale Perth, Western Australia and we have booked for courier pickup and offer to pick up these items from Lansdale in Western Australia and proceed with the refund. Nevertheless, you have kindly offered to send it back and since we have proceeded with a full refund of $717 back to your credit card on 11/12/2018. As previously advised, we can and will pick up from Lansdale Western Australia but we do not have resources or policy to pick up items from a different state or in this case a different country, New Zealand.
