Matt had a good control over deadlines and the home progressed at an extraordinary speed such that it was finished within 19 weeks. Create homes did not sacrifice quality but rather it was their attention to detail in ensuring that supply of materials,goods, tradesmen all occurred in a timely manner and therefore no time was wasted. In the end the 19 weeks build saved me money in that I was able to shift from the rental property into my home very quickly. I appreciated having the ability to communicate with the builder and the other Directors which meant that decisions could be made quickly. Would I build with this builder again 'Definitely". “I received 4 quotes to renovate my bathroom and laundry. Broadwater Builds was not the most expensive nor the cheapest. I was impressed with the professional approach of the company. I was given a detailed schedule of the work to be done. Louis also kept in constant contact with me, during the renovation, with updates when tradesmen were coming to my house. During the renovation I requested the work be completed by a certain date due to my sister coming from UK for a short holiday.
