Having just completed two renovations on other properties ourselves, placing the project in the hands of Tom was the best decision ever. Throughout the course of the renovation Tom was a skilled professional. With his design background he was able to provide us with clever and unique options on how to increase storage, air flow and give our unit the wow factor. Tom was genuinely excited to be working on this project and delivered an outstanding new home for us. From demolition to his selection of quality contractors and management of those contractors, saw the job completed in a short time frame. Fantastic communication skills, using an application for all stakeholders, so we knew where the project was at on a daily basis. Receiving daily updates and photos was great as we lived more than an hour away. His management extended to liaising with Body Corporate and neighbours to ensure everyone around us was happy during the build and ensured the site and common areas were left clean. “I contacted Henriette Werner of Principal Plans to create a design for my new home, having been through 2 homes previously that she had designed and LOVED them. I have not built before and with little more than a few ideas and a budget, I arrived at our meeting with not much for Henriette to work with. However, during our meeting and from suggestions and ideas put forth by Henriette, it became apparent that I did indeed have some very firm likes, dislikes and requirements for my new home and I left the office feeling completely confident in Henriette's capabilities to design my home. I now have final plans which are absolutely perfect, incorporating everything that's important to me and my lifestyle - including my budget, which she did occasionally have to remind me of! He was once again able to design a house exactly to our brief - a practical, classy and free flowing design which was energy friendly. “We were looking to totally renovate and add a 2nd level for a large parents retreat to our brick and tiled home of 37 yrs in Maroochydore. From the outset Ben came promptly to our home and gave us a real understanding of what possibilities we could achieve within our budget. In no time we were looking at a 3d sketch it plan created in his Brisbane Rd office for our major reno. What was impressive to us was that the process from day 1 to our fully engineered detailed plans were done in house and we loved our options to change and upgrade things along the way. Experience, great communication and suggestions quickly led to our fixed price contract. Lesleigh was our project manager and she was amazing responding with much relevant advice to our many questions throughout our build. At any time we could see all extra upgrade costings and due payments etc on their Co-Construct app. In any reno there are unknowns that can popup and ours was no exception. We were incredibly surprised just to what lengths he and his team went to regarding fairly solving any issue. We learned so much and are so happy with our finished build/parents retreat that seamlessly sits atop like it always was meant to be there.
