She provides names and contacts of reliable tradies and firms, and is involved in the process all the way. It was Gillian who introduced me to the fabulous Houzz site, and together we built up a style file for the lounge area and the bathroom and powder room. She was able to liaise with the plumber so that we could understand what he meant with all the technical specs, and went around with him to make sure we were getting what we wanted when he came to measure and quote. Although we have not yet started the bathroom renovation, we have updated our kitchen dining area and it looks fantastic. I thoroughly recommend her services.”

“We had embarked on building a new house and the main issue we faced was that we were uncertain about how to achieve our vision. We had a good idea of what we wanted the end result to look like, but didn't really know how to get there. By working with Michelle, we were able to fine tune our vision, define our style and implement this across multiple rooms.
