Very disappointing experience. The wallpaper took weeks to arrive and when it did, did not match the photos on the site. I understand this can happen and wanted to work with Natty and Polly to find resolution. However when I asked for resolution through their website form for such matters, I was immediately dismissed, without any consideration for my needs. The tone was dismissive and disrespectful. 0 Stars for customer service, 0 stars for flexibility .

We were looking for a traditional wallpaper for a feature wall in the bedroom. Natalie assisted us with expert advice to meet our needs of a paper that suited the era of the home. She was quick with responses and offered some suggestions that prompted us to look at products that would have otherwise not been considered. She really knows her product well and hit the nail on the head with her recommendations. The bedroom looks beautiful with the wallpaper arriving on time in perfect condition.
