“Henry installed wallpaper in the Powder Room under my stairs. The job was tricky (lots of corners, a raked ceiling, tiles and fittings to negotiate and no two walls alike) but Henry exceeded my expectations, tackling the job with professionalism. Henry impressed me initially with the quick turn around for the quote he provided as well as the reasonable price. Nothing was too difficult. He readily provided advise and contacted me prior to the job to confirm. Although my job took a little longer than expected, he very courteously contacted his next client to apologise and explain. Having worked with many trades recently to complete my renovation, this kind of customer service is rare.
