We offer genuine ethical pest control and termite management services, based in Ballina. Unlike many others, we are not a faceless business. The people you’ll see here are the same ones you will recognise at your door and hear on the phone. We are hands-on operators with a keen focus on high-quality, reliable service for our customers. Year after year, we are the team you can trust with your home. Both owners, Jim Burgess and Tony Dunn are professionally qualified, fully licensed and insured Pest Control Inspectors. Jim and Tony are ably supported in the field by licensed Pest Technician, Daniel Curren and Trainee Pest Technician,Gerard Weldon. In 2013, we won our first Ballina Coast & Hinterland Business Excellence Award in our Trades & Manufacturing Category – an achievement we were extremely proud of given we were a young, rapidly growing company in a highly competitive industry. Now, another 3 years on, we are lucky to be winners again! As of August 13, we hold the 2016 Ballina Coast & Hinterland Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award for Workplace Health & Safety – a very important aspect of our sector and one we are appropriately mindful of, both in administration and in practice out in the field. Our second ‘Pelican’ sits proudly next to our 2013 award in our Kerr St office. Though accolades are far from the core of our business, they do feel like some recognition for all the hard work. They motivate us to continue doing our best for the residents of the Northern Rivers and we plan on doing that for a long time.
