LGDesign

LGDesign is an architectural design studio run by Lisa Goddard, and was established in 2010. Lisa takes on a limited amount of projects a year to ensure that she can be completely immersed in every project she takes on. Lisa considers each brief an opportunity for creativity and to demonstrate her architectural innovation. She has an absolute love for residential architecture and the problem solving that is part of any exciting architectural design process. LGDesign prides itself on a personalized approach and strong client relationships that evolve in each project, and believes they are the building blocks for an exciting architectural outcome. These client architect relationships begin at project commencement and with Lisa's undivided attention, they are nurtured throughout the phases of the project. The services provided by LGDesign in a typical project include (but are not limited to); Concept design - Design Development - Gaining permission of the proposed design from the relevant authorities - Construction documentation - Selection of finishes, fittings and fixtures, joinery design etc. - Tendering with builders - Project management through to project completion
